Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 + OTE

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager / Sales Executive working for an MSP, specifically having sold Managed Services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
