Our client was established in 2017 and is now one of the leading talent sourcing companies in Ireland, currently partnering with several Irish and international companies on numerous high-profile industrial projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

One of their subsidiary companies, provides professional commercial cleaning services, now have an immediate vacancy for a Business Development Manager who will primarily be based in the Dublin/Kildare area.

This is a challenging and rewarding position and will suit a motivated, passionate and energetic person.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales through a direct sales approach, whilst also creating their own sales opportunities through direct canvassing of relevant businesses. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for surveying customer sites for a wide range of clients and assist in the pricing/tendering process. Account management and service calls will also form part of the role.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years sales/business development experience or supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• KPI driven, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• A team player who is focused on delivering high quality results.
• Experience in managing and developing contracts in the cleaning sector is preferred.
