Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for seeking out and engaging customer prospects within your designated territory. Key aspects of the role include managing client relationships through face-to-face interactions, demonstrating products, and executing a sales strategy to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings in person, presenting products and services to clients.
  • Demonstrate products effectively and provide comprehensive product information.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer needs to develop competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet departmental goals.
  • Offer after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven field sales experience is an asset.
  • Industry experience in Commercial AV is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
