Are you a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for driving new business? Gleeson Recruitment is proud to represent a fast-growing consultancy that's transforming the energy and renewables sector.

Location: Tamworth Office (Mon-Fri, 9-5)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + commission, based on experience

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in identifying new business opportunities and supporting senior sales efforts across both energy and solar markets. With ample room for growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a forward-thinking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop high-quality leads through research, networking, and social media
  • Set up client appointments to support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads efficiently
  • Work closely with the team to share insights and support company growth

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a sales role (e.g., telesales, recruitment)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • Strong communicator with adaptability
  • Interest in the energy and renewables sectors
