Role Purpose The Business Growth & Profitability Manager will support the Head of B&PG in enhancing the company's understanding of client profitability while promoting excellence in tender responses. Responsibilities will include managing tender responses, analysing client profitability, and prioritising the sales pipeline of opportunities. Key Accountabilities
This role offers the chance to contribute to key strategies while adapting to market complexities and variations in accountability's. Skills & Experience Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in new business development, including managing pipelines and analysing contract profitability. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI, along with strong project management and organisational abilities, is expected. The successful candidate will thrive in a flexible and autonomous environment, effectively managing their time and responsibilities to ensure top-tier service delivery.
