Your primary goal will be to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. While some cold calling will be involved, you will also focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our current customer base.
The role of Telesales Executive:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport building
Present our products/services in a compelling manner, tailored to customer needs
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall sales targets
The ideal Telesales Executive:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an internal sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in challenging situations
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
