Senior Sales Manager required for leading manufacturer of chiller and refrigeration solutions, well known business for providing cooling solutions into the food, beverage, and process sectors.
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market and product presence with existing and new clients across the UK whilst supporting and managing a small team of technical sales and marketing professionals.
Progression opportunities to develop into a Sales Director position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and product strategies to increase market share in the food, beverage, and process sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (end user clients) and developing relations with consultants in year 2.
Requirements:
Proven sales success in chiller, refrigeration, or HVAC industries.
Experience selling to end-user or consultant clients in relevant sectors.
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Results-driven with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
