Job Title: Sales / Business Development Executive - Nordics Location: Oldbury, West Midlands Salary: £Negotiable dependent on experience Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales/Business Development Executive to work for our client at their facility in the West Midlands, this is an exciting opportunity responsible for Identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for Oil & Gas, CPI & Renewables in the Nordic countries. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing customer base in the Nordic countries.
- Regular travel to the Nordic countries will be required.
- Conducting market research to identify customers, market trends and competitive analysis.
- Gathering insights to develop strategies that align with the department s goals and objectives.
- Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending exhibitions.
- Building a pipeline from potential and existing customers.
- Nurturing relationships to convert them into business opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal admin team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating compelling proposals, presentations.
- Collaborating with the team to develop supply solutions that meet customers requirements and align with the company s capabilities.
- Working closely with Divisional Director when negotiating contract terms, pricing and agreements.
- Ensure good business relationships with all other company departments sharing information whenever appropriate.
- Full utilisation of Sales Force.
- Take reasonable care of your own and other people s health and safety.
- Tell someone (supervisor, or health and safety representative) if you think the work or inadequate precautions are putting anyone s health and safety at serious risk.
- Fully support the company with regards to any HSE (Health Safety and Environmental) initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications Education: School GCSE s and/ or apprentice Experience: Minimum 5 years proven managerial and leadership experience within the Oil and Gas industry or a similar industry. Required Skills and Abilities - Consistent solid business ethics and integrity

Physical Demands 35 hours a week, exact timing to be agreed. However, you may often need to work extra hours but there will be some flexibility on the exact working times. Your role will be mainly office based, although you may be travelling to visit other companies or to attend training, meetings and conferences.
