Role Summary

Gleeson Recruitment are sourcing a Content Executive for a manufacturing client in Nuneaton. You'll be at the heart of their digital storytelling and brand-building efforts. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter who's passionate about crafting compelling content, managing diverse projects, and making a real impact across digital channels. You'll own our organic social media presence, work closely with key stakeholders, and play a critical role in shaping brand voice and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, social media, campaigns, and customer sites, ensuring it aligns with brand strategy and captures audience interest.
• Drive Strategy: Partner with the Marketing and Digital teams to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our annual marketing plans, boosting reach and engagement.
• Be the Brand Guardian: Maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent, high-quality messaging across platforms, optimising for SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies, developing ideas and executing creative plans that elevate the brands presence.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
• A passion for digital media and a knack for spotting content opportunities that resonate.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media trends is a bonus!
