Mason Frank is proud to collaborate with a well-established lettings company seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to guide their CRM improvements and help refine customer and operational processes. Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform to align with the needs of the business and overall company goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, enhancing productivity and ensuring the platform supports effective operations.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to develop and refine system requirements, prioritise improvements, and align the platform with core business objectives.
Design user-centric workflows and interfaces that simplify processes, boost engagement, and drive adoption of Salesforce features.
Analyse platform performance, user behaviour and process efficiencies, using insights to guide product decisions and improve service delivery.
Mentor and support team members involved in Salesforce development and usage, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong understanding of the Lettings industry, including processes and relevant regulatory considerations.
Experience with Salesforce, ideally in Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds within the property or lettings sector.
Proven success in managing CRM systems in a product or project management capacity, with experience in Agile methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to drive project success and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
