What you'll do:
Learn the ins and outs of recruitment by supporting senior consultants in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships.
Understand industry dynamics to effectively match candidates with the right job opportunities.
Help create engaging job adverts and manage applications to find the best talent.
Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring quality service delivery.
Assist with recruitment administration and compliance tasks.
