We are seeking a dynamic Travel Agent Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.
Duties;
Utilise sales techniques to promote products or services
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
Utilise software tools such as Sabre and Amadeus to manage customer interactions
Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential customers
Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements;
Proven experience in sales or a related travel field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
Proficiency in using software tools for sales management
