Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation with their search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fantastic team within their site in Shrewsbury

THE ROLE:

  • Creation and execution of digital marketing strategies
  • Managing your market places/websites, responsible for traffic, revenue, conversion, user experience and product listings
  • Many forms of digital marketing - inc content marketing, email marketing, social media etc
  • Managing the product inventory and seller reputation for your store
  • Researching and creating compelling content to enhance sales
  • Listing/editing products - identifying key product features etc
  • Maintaining your product listings ensuring they're accurate and priced correctly enhancing all listings to improve UX.
  • Managing customer queries both through email, face to face and by telephone
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on products and buying trends
  • Recording statistics and meeting key performance targets
  • Supporting other team members in resolving issues. General problem solving.
  • General office and sales administration

THE CANDIDATE

  • A great understanding of social media platforms
  • Creative thinking and the ability to use initiative.
  • Copywriting with attention to tone and brand consistency.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience knowledge of retail marketing: including generating campaign concepts and seeing them through to completion, metadata and SEO, social media marketing technique
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiasm, a strong team ethic and willingness to be flexible and help team members when required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions
