What you'll be doing:

Are you a communication guru with a knack for strategic planning and a passion for ecological transformation? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our award-winning UK-wide campaigns, working closely with the Director of Communications and other key senior stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing and executing Veolia's internal communications plans, and overseeing the delivery of the content and channels strategy.

But that's not all! You'll also advise and support the design and implementation of internal campaigns and activities to ensure our employees are aligned to our purpose of ecological transformation.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with previous experience of internal communications operating in a senior role, a proven track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders, and excellent relationship management skills at all levels of an organisation.

Previous experience of managing internal communications strategies, to a variety of audiences.

Sector experience would be advantageous - waste, water, energy is highly desirable. Experience of communicating with frontline staff is also desirable.

You'll also be leading a high-performing team of three people, so experience in managing teams is a must.

Essential qualifications include a degree, and desirable qualifications include Journalism or a Communications-related qualification.
