True Consulting is partnering with a global leader in commercial HVAC equipment. With over a century of experience, this company has established itself as a top innovator in climate control systems and a preferred supplier for Consultants and Contractors across the UK.

They are currently seeking a Specification Key Accounts Manager / Consultant Sales Manager to focus on securing specifications for their range of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Commercial MVHR, and Fan Coil Units in commercial projects across London. This region is highly active, with numerous established relationships with consultants, providing a solid foundation for the incoming manager to build upon. The Specification Sales Manager will work closely with the Contractor Sales counterpart to ensure orders are fulfilled.

Our client's products are well-suited to a variety of commercial applications, including offices, hospitals, schools, and colleges.

We are looking for a Specification Sales Manager with experience working with consultants throughout London. This role is ideal for someone with a background in selling mechanical products such as AHUs, MVHR, commercial boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems (VRF, splits), chillers, fan coils, HIUs, or similar equipment

The Specification Sales Manager will receive:

  • £55,000 - £70,000
  • £20,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
  • Car / Car Allowance
  • 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension
