Duties(not limited to):
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Organise and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Promotion of the company and their services.
Monitor feedback & satisfaction levels.
Offer fresh ideas that may improve company performance.
Support social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Experience with office administration and clerical duties is preferred.
Comfortable using computers for various tasks, including typing and data management.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
