Bid Executive Responsibilities:
Support the smooth running of the tendering process
Work alongside the Senior Bid Manager on Invitation to Tenders
Develop compelling client proposal documents
Maintain and update bid materials and resources
Create persuasive customer-facing documentation
Support fee earners' business development activities
Drive business growth through effective bid management
Bid Executive Requirements:
A background in bids/tenders OR corporate marketing with focus on B2B content
OR a degree in English/History (or other academic subject) with 1-2 years' professional experience
Passion for crafting compelling written content
Ability to adapt tone and style to match brand values
Experience in business proposals and presentations (advantageous)
Strong project management capabilities
Excellence in creative writing and grammar
Ability to commute their Exeter office weekly
Professional approach to confidentiality
Self-starting attitude with both independent and team working abilities
