Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Negotiator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for property, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to close deals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both the sales and lettings process, ensuring that the client s applicants and customers receive an outstanding level of service
Key Responsibilities:
Managing client relationships, including initial consultations, property viewings, and negotiations.
Generating new business through marketing strategies, networking, and client referrals.
Preparing and presenting properties for sale or rent in the best possible manner.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets.
Keeping up to date with property market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in estate agency or property sales/lettings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Strong knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
