About the role:

As a Junior Graphic/UI Designer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and creativity, crafting user interfaces that captivate and engage. This role is office based but you will have the option to work remotely with occasional in-office days 4-8 times a month.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Craft great website aesthetics, including layout, colours, fonts, and interface components.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop user journeys and front-end interfaces using Sketch and Figma.
  • Incorporate user research, personas, and stories for optimal user experiences.

About you:

You will need to have 1+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or UI/UX, with a portfolio that showcases your commercial design work. Your design skills are second to none, driven by a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You thrive on feedback, seek it proactively, and apply critiques to elevate your work. Confidence runs through your veins as you engage with clients, present design concepts, and explain design processes with clarity. Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce, branding design, and experience in project and client management would be advantageous.
