We re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Trainee Sales Advisor. In this role, you ll be responsible for promoting and selling our clients' products to customers across different channels in Edinburgh. This Trainee Sales Advisor position is ideal for driven, motivated individuals who excel in a target-driven and fast-paced environment, where earnings are directly linked to performance. The harder you work, the more you earn! Working full-time, you ll act as the face of our clients, building customer relationships face-to-face and hitting sales targets in various settings. Key Responsibilities for the Trainee Sales Advisor - Approaching and engaging potential customers in a business-to-business, events, or residential setting, explaining product features and benefits in a clear, positive, and engaging manner.

- Building thorough knowledge of our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and gain their trust.
- Sharing feedback and insights with the team to help refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

What We Offer for Trainee Sales Advisors - Earning Potential: £24,000-£28,000 OTE for year 1. This Trainee Sales Advisor role boasts uncapped earning potential directly tied to performance.

About You

Trainee Sales Advisor Requirements - Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
- A willingness to work in business-to-business, event, and residential areas throughout Edinburgh.
- Full-time availability, aged 18 or over, and eligible to work in the UK.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to our workplace in Edinburgh.
