Role Overview

As an Event Sales Representative with Inspire Firm, you ll represent our clients brands at a variety of events across Birmingham. This role is a fantastic fit for someone eager to engage with customers face-to-face, fostering brand loyalty and driving sales. Working in a self-employed, commission-only structure, you ll have the flexibility to maximise your earnings based on your performance and develop valuable skills in direct marketing. This full-time position requires a driven individual ready to excel in a high-energy, customerfocused environment.

Event Sales Representative Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with potential customers at diverse event venues, delivering enthusiastic and informative presentations about our clients' products and services.
• Clearly communicating product features, benefits, and any promotional offers to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with the potential to earn uncapped commission based on your dedication and success.
• Collaborating with the Inspire events team to share insights, refine strategies, and continually enhance event performance.
• Gathering valuable customer feedback to help refine and improve marketing approaches for our clients.

• Full-time availability, aged 18 or over, and eligible to work in the UK.
• Reliable access to commute within Birmingham for event-based work.
