The Opportunity As a Field Sales Manager you ll lead a dedicated team of Field Sales Executives, helping to boost sales and bring renewable energy solutions to homes across the UK. This is your opportunity to build a high-achieving team, implement proven strategies, and drive sales and make a significant impact in your region. You'll be key to expanding our reach and enabling customers to embrace energy-efficient solutions and make a difference to the UK s carbon net zero targets. What you ll do: - Lead, coach and inspire a team of Field Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and exceed their sales targets within your designated geographical area
- Provide guidance and direction to each team member so that individual and team objectives are achieved
- Follow and Implement clear proven sales strategies, plans and procedures to ensure consistent over performance
- Communicate with clarity and purpose to persuade and convince others, promoting goals with conviction
- Collaborate with other areas of the business to enhance /streamline sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Share knowledge and best practice to promote success
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners
- Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals
- Analyse market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, and pricing strategies
What we re looking for: - Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving profitability, motivating your team to excel
- Expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, presentation, and Excel skills
- A results-oriented, self-motivated, hands on and inspirational approach with strong organisational skills
- Previous experience of leading, motivating and coaching teams through periods of change
- Strong organisational and analytical skills to understand data
- Able to problem solve and come up with solutions to optimise outcomes
