Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for clients and their business
- Identify, manage, and cultivate new business prospects.
- Generate leads through your network, expertise, leveraging current tools and exploring additional resources.
- Set and track measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Regularly engage with prospects and clients remotely, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
- Present to clients through both virtual platforms (Teams) and in-person meetings.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotations.
- Represent the agency at industry conferences and events, building valuable connections.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost retention and encourage referrals.
- Manage and maintain databases and CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.
