You will be responsible for the project management of all tasks related to property sales to ensure fast completion. You will need to be an efficient problem solver to identify and resolve any barriers and an effective communicator with all stakeholders within the process, including buyer/sellers, solicitors, and other parties.
Duties include:
Maintaining relationships between internal mortgage advisors, client services teams, and external relationships with Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents.
Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal to ensure a speedy and accurate process for the buyer
Providing updates to all parties
Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors and clients to buyers so you can progress the mortgage applications as efficiently and timely as possible
Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data
Experience / Skills desired :
Experience within customer facing roles
Property industry experience / knowledge
Confidence in phone communications
Responds well to working to time deadlines and busy work day
£26,500 + Commission Hybrid working Whiteley based
