Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Stanford Bridge Farm, Station Rd, Pluckley, Ashford TN27 0RU

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum DOE

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am 5pm (with 30 min lunch)

FGS Agri are a Kent based, family-run company providing services to the amenity sector, utility sector, environmental organisations, commercial businesses and agricultural sector.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team and manage marketing activities for several businesses within the Heathcote Holdings group. In this diverse role, you ll work across multiple brands in a growing, family-run company.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Strong communication, copywriting, content creation skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling copy for use on websites, blogs, newsletters, promotional materials and social posts
• Content creation, posting and management of social media for specific brands
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance including SEO and PPC to ensure assigned KPIs are achieved
• Undertake regular competitor analysis and propose marketing outcomes from the analysis
• Ensure consistency across all brands within the group, updating all marketing materials as required and acting as a brand ambassador
• Assist with the organisation, set-up and execution of exhibitions and events
• Work with Marketing Manager on the development of Marketing Strategies for each of our brands. Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies whilst providing regular feedback to the key business managers as required
• Assist with the procurement and distribution of seasonal gifts to clients

About you:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing role or degree/masters marketing qualification
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks within a busy workload
• Strong copywriting skills
• Excellent attention to detail
