Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking an Internal Business Development Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a ambitious and dynamic team focusing on growth opportunities whilst building positive customer relationships.

Salary: Highly competitive , depending on experience
Commission structure available after completion of probationary period

Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday - office based (30minutes for lunch)

What you will be doing:
Providing exceptional customer service to resolve any customer issues effectively & as quickly as possible, liaising directly with external Business Development Managers
Focused on building positive relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities in every interaction
Supporting external Sales teams with the preparation of quotations and ensuring all follow ups are completed
Proactive approach to follow-up ensuring all follow ups are accurately documented on CRM systems
What we are looking for:
Prior administration experience within a sales environment, with a hunger to drive business growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
Experience of working across multiple systems including ERP systems and CRM sales tools
