The Recruitment Co are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in both German and French to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service across our client's international markets, focusing on Germany and France.
What you can expect:
Handle inbound inquiries from customers in German and French-speaking regions, providing product information, quotations, and sales support.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling a range of high-quality industrial blades.
Collaborate with external sales teams to generate new leads and close sales within designated territories.
Assist in preparing detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing, to meet customer requirements.
Manage customer accounts, ensure timely responses and order fulfilment, and work closely with the production and logistics teams to oversee the smooth delivery of products.
Report on sales activities and customer feedback to support the company's overall strategy.
What we need from you:
Fluency in German and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable making outbound calls to win new business.
