Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will embark on an exciting 6-month training programme immersing yourself in business operations and product knowledge. Upon completion, you will transition into a field-based role, managing client accounts and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing client relationships
- Researching and developing a pipeline of potential leads
- Qualifying leads and closing deals
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Representing the business as the first point of contact for potential clients
