We are working with a company who are one of the best in the business, they have a thriving and incredible team and working with some of the worlds biggest businesses within the FMCG, Luxury, Technology and Retail sectors.
They are looking for an Account Manager to join one of their teams in Cirencester and work on an account where the client is well known globally.
You will have a good understanding of how CRM fits into a overall marketing mix and have a understanding of Data and the sources available within the marketing sector and how data can help drive more insights/activity.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
Support the team with financials.
Work collaboratively with internal teams.
Manage work streams.
Translate client technical requirements into technical briefs for developers.
Manage third party relationships.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of email marketing and managing campaigns.
CRM knowledge and how this fits into the overall marketing mix.
Good understanding of the importance of data.
A fair understanding of communication and data planning.
Account handling with a marketing agency enviroment.
Hands on experience handling end to end campaigns including brief writing.
Experience of working with clients and delivering projects within CRM and Data projects.
Paying a fantastic salary and benefits plus very strong hybrid working (I.e 1 to 2 days a week in the office).
