The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of helping people find their dream homes while building a rewarding career in property sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property viewings and valuations
  • Negotiating between buyers and sellers
  • Managing your own portfolio of properties
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the branch's sales targets
  • Utilising the latest CRM systems and property portals
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service

  • Starting salary of 24,000 (for trainees)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Estate agency or lettings experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Professional sales experience in any sector considered
  • Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Good IT literacy
  • Flexibility to work some weekends (rota basis)
