The role is hybrid working, with site visits across Birmingham as required.

Marketing Officer duties:
Work alongside the Marketing Manager ensuring brands and services are effectively promoted and marketed
Establish good rapport with existing and new partners
Assist on brand representation and project site visits
Design and develop publications, including the annual report for social value and other promotional materials
Maintaining accurate record and files for clients

What is required for the position:
Experience in multi media and marketing
A confident and creative approach
IT proficient, using Microsoft systems
Great communication skills with customers and the ability to work within a team
What is desirable for this role:
A full drivers license, with access to a car
Social housing experience within a similar role
