Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic technology buiness. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the sales processes, from handling enquiries to supporting the Head of Sales in developing and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales email inbox, ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in handling sales enquiries and leads, maximising opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Support team to process quotes from support tickets, following up as necessary.
  • Work with the Provisioning team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled to a high standard.
  • Support in developing and improving internal sales systems (Salesforce), documenting and maintaining processes.
  • Monitor and update Salesforce data related to leads, contracts, products, opportunities, and quotes. Provide weekly sales reports.
  • Build a solid knowledge base of products and services through collaboration with technical colleagues.
  • Proactively identify and seek new customer opportunities through online research, LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and networking.
  • Assist in writing and preparing sales proposals.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and email outreach to generate warm leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are effectively tracked and followed up.

What We're Looking For:

  • A knowledge of ISP, Telecoms, or Computer Hardware is useful
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office suite (or Mac equivalents such as Keynote/Pages) for preparing accurate proposals and documents.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to identify new business opportunities and engage clients through email, LinkedIn outreach, and database management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach - A focus on understanding and meeting client needs, with a dedication to high customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Aptitude: Quick learner with the ability to understand and communicate new technologies and services to clients.
  • Communication and Organisation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage tasks independently.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, working seamlessly with technical, provisioning, and support teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
