Sales / Order Processing

Groomfield recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our clients team in West Bromwich.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Working hours:

• 08:30 to 17:30 / 09:00 to 17:00 (Rotating shift pattern every 2 weeks)

Pay Rate: 11.44 to 12.30

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates
• Analyse order information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
• Handling 20 inbound calls per day dealing with customers
• Perform data entry tasks to input order information into the system

The successful candidate should have:

• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Experience in analysing order information
• Previous experience in upselling products or manufacturing would be advantageous
