Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Work)

Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per annum DOE,

Commission: 3% on new business, 1% on retained business

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this B2B role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base across a broad variety of industry sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Tech and more. You will play a key role in developing relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide customised solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Attend international events and exhibitions to network and promote our services.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the exhibition or event industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed -Internationally
