Social Media Manager & Office administrator Duties
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate person
Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
Utilise Google Suite and Microsoft Office for various administrative functions
Maintain an organised office environment for efficient operations
Use Sage Accounting for basic bookkeeping tasks
Curate our brand's presence online, including posting daily on platforms such as instagram, facebook and linkedin.
Liaising with our website builder and adding completed projects to the website
Build strong relationships between potential clients online

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
