We're a small, growing business located in Milnsbridge, Huddersfield. We're a technically led company with a passion for making IoT accessible to all. Established in 2017, we specialise in LPWAN technologies and have grown rapidly and work with some of the UK's leading companies to deliver some truly innovative solutions. No two projects are the same; with endless possibilities, we work across a wide variety of sectors which opens up huge potential for marketing activities and initiatives.

We are now on the lookout to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to help support and achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

- Have a can-do attitude with the ability to think outside-of-the-box

- Able to create content which is optimised for SEO

- Have strong writing skills

- Creative thinker with some analytic qualities

- You will be personable and friendly with good communication skills

- Strong work ethic

- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role

- Have a keen interest in digital marketing and the technology we specialise in

- Experience with the Abode Creative Cloud (preferrable), Google Analytics, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp

Roles & Responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the day-to-day execution of the marketing plan, you will work closely with other members of the marketing team and wider departments to drive innovative approaches to digital marketing, embracing trends and ideas to deliver new, exciting content through the following mediums:

Website & Blog

Given the nature of our business, we on-board products at a rapid pace. These all require product pages and updates on our website.

- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO purposes

- Write detailed, optimised product descriptions

- Prepare optimised blog content which cover our activities and trends in our industry

- Review SEO performance and content to optimise rankings at regular intervals

Digital Ads

We'd like to increase our profile through online advertising on Google.

- Experience of running PPC campaigns would be advantageous

Social Media

We'd like to improve our presence across our social media channels including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn

- Planning social media posts a month in advance

- Social media posts to include videos, photos and written updates

- Arranging artwork yourself or with another member of the marketing team

- Monitoring performance of social media and tweaking for improvements

Video

We are keen to increase our production of video content to increase customer engagement. Working with the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

- Developing video content ideas

- Shooting and editing the content using Adobe Premiere Pro

- Optimising & uploading videos to YouTube

- Creating short clips to be used across our social media profiles

Other roles

We are a small company with lots to do! From time to time, you will be required to help out with additional activities such as event preparations, webinar organisation and other ad hoc tasks.

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience.
