In this role you will:

  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts on the Magnite Streaming CTV platform.
  2. Provide end-to-end customer service for all specified portfolio of clients' needs including regular performance reviews on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for top tier clients.
  3. Provide day-to-day account management & technical troubleshooting assistance of your book of accounts.
  4. Provide expert guidance to publishers on the Magnite Streaming CTV platform and advise on the best technical solutions.
  5. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the video ecosystem.
  6. Debug and diagnose day-to-day publisher issues.
  7. Identify new revenue opportunities to drive increased yield with partners.
  8. Educate and up-sell existing partnerships to utilize the full breadth of the Magnite CTV platform and tools and products.
  9. Work side-by-side with the Global Seller teams for top tier Publishers with an international footprint to ensure internal and external global stakeholder alignment.
  10. Liaise globally with Ad Ops, Demand, Legal, Sales & Finance teams to ensure quick resolution of any issues.
  11. Manage general and specialized client requests; including billing inquiries, contractual amendments, account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing clients.
  12. Contribute to internal product development planning.
  13. Work side-by-side with the business development team to pursue new business opportunities and manage existing publisher relationships.

We're looking for someone with:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in online CTV advertising (from a publisher or advertising technology platform).
  2. Experience managing CTV publisher accounts (e.g. working for an Adserver, SSP, large web publisher, or DSP).
  3. A detailed understanding of online advertising dynamics.
  4. Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem, online advertising dynamics (DSPS, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.).
  5. Understanding of CTV environments (VMVPDs, OTT, Addressable TV, etc.).
  6. Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB).
  7. The ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially focused people internally and externally.
  8. Strong analytical skills including the ability to spot trends in large data sets.
  9. Self-starter and demonstrated track record of executing a project through to successful completion.
  10. An ability to learn fast and adapt to a constantly evolving market.
