Japanese company (Food & Beverage Industry) is looking for Sales Manager or Sales Director.
Job Summary As a Sales Manager or Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling the products, developing new customers, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will conduct market research, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
Working hours Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Job Description
Sales cold-calling, developing new customers, and conducting sales activities.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and propose up-selling and cross-selling.
Market research, etc.
Attend exhibitions and industry events and conduct product promotions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop and implement sales strategies.
Establish and execute sales plans that are firmly aligned with numerical targets.
Manage sales with an understanding of the company's overall goals, including the business plan.
Qualifications
At least three years' experience in sales (preferably in the F&B industry) or management experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work towards targets.
Basic PC skills.
Language skills English Fluent level, Japanese skill is a strong advantage.
