Our client is a well-established global player in financial crime/compliance and payment technology solutions for banks seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader for their EMEA sales team. In this newly created role, which resulted from a restructuring, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of seven experienced sales professionals across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be enhancing team efficiency, aligning processes, and driving revenue growth from new and existing clients.
Location: Based in the City of London - 4/5 days in the office
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of experienced sales professionals across the EMEA region.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and align processes.
Leading and executing the end to end sales cycle from building pipeline and closing
With a team revenue target of c$25mn, drive revenue growth from new and existing clients (banks).
Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to build and manage the sales pipeline.
Engage directly with customers, particularly in high-value or strategic situations
Collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to achieve company objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in sales leadership within the financial services sector
Leader of high performing teams with an international outlook
Must have compliance and/ or payments experience.
Must have a track record of building pipeline and closing.
Strong personality.
