As an Employee Engagement Manager you'll bring experience of implementing and managing people engagement/customer experience initiatives, an excellent project manager who possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You are passionate about employee engagement and people experience journeys, and ambitious to deliver the best possible service to employees. The Employee Engagement Manager will develop and shape the Employee Engagement Strategy, developing engagement and action plans that will build employee engagement across the Charity. They will lead on the evaluation and improvement of the People Experience journeys to ensure best in class employee experience across all the employee life cycles. Lead on the development and delivery of an employee feedback tool (Peakon) across the organisation ensuring strong stakeholder management
