Retail Sales Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, friendly, confident and enthusiastic person to join our sales team in our Leeds store as a FULL TIME SALES ADVISOR on a permanent contract. Duties will include face to face sales in our showroom, taking card & cash payments, customer service & admin (for example processing orders with suppliers). We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers which means they come back to us time and time again.

We are looking for a full time member of staff to work 5 days per week, including one day at weekend and some bank holidays. Our Leeds showroom is open from 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri (8pm Thurs), 9am - 6pm Sat & 11am - 5pm Sun. The weekly hours would be between 34.5 - 38.5 depending what shift was worked.

We also sell our lighting online so your duties would include processing web orders, dealing with online and telephone enquiries, despatching orders & updating tracking information.

We ask the candidate to have computer & iPad skills, retail & customer service experience and to be able to work one day at weekend. Product training will be given on the job. Free parking is available for staff.

We also have a team bonus structure if the monthly target is reached.
