They're looking for someone with:
2 years experience within the beauty industry
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken
A knack for appointment-making and booking
HubSpot CRM experience
A friendly, professional phone presence brimming with personality
The ability to simplify and explain moderately complex information
Stellar questioning and active listening abilities
A laser focus on meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
A positive, engaging attitude
Motivation to earn and thrive in a high-pressure environment
A quick and adaptable learner
