As the Head Of Sales, this is what the role will entail : • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies with the focus of driving company growth. • Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand our client base. •Build and maintain relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals.

Use of Online Construction portal to view and bid for contracts • Involved in budgeting and forecasting for sales and P&L Requirements : •Established in the construction industry •Experience implementing business development Excellent understanding of sales matrix and performance management •Proven experience of increased revenue •MBA or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
