We're looking for someone tosupport management and drive the digital channel developmentpriorities and cash management needs for our Commercial &Institutional clients
You'll be putting thecustomer at the heart of our digital channel plans by understandingtheir needs and helping guide the digital journey by linking in toboth our Technology teams, our relationship managers andclients
This is an opportunity to help designand drive delivery of our digital cash management suite, startingwith Virtual Accounts, making sure all aspects of our digitalcustomer journey deliver an exceptional customerexperience
Whatyou'll do
In this role you'llbe leading the development and continuous improvement of a range ofdigital feature sets working with talented designers and engineersto deliver the best outcomes for our customers. We'll look to youto take ownership of the digital channel vision and roadmap, whichwill involve defining, managing and prioritising the digital cashmanagement backlog and building out the Salespipeline.
You'll alsobe:
The subject matter expert on ourdigital cash management product
Usinginformation relating to customers, business stakeholders, marketconditions and business risks to prioritise and deliverimprovements to the digital journey
Engagingcustomers in the development of our digital cash management suite,identify areas for improvement
Leveraging theScrum teams to execute the digital workstack
Working with stakeholders and deliveringon KPI's to inform and monitor the customerexperience
Making sure that continuousimprovements in financial spend is within agreedbudgets
Supporting the RM and Sales teams todrive pipeline, identify clients and join clientmeetings
Responsibility for taking clients onthe technical integrationjourney
Theskills you'll need
To join usin this role, you'll need to have previous experience of working ina Scrum or Agile team. Along with a passion for customer centricdesign, you'll have the ability to innovate, partner andcollaborate with customers and colleagues to implement the bestdigital experience for ourcustomers.
You'll also beexpected to have:
A successful trackrecord of digital delivery andoperations
Digital channel management and humancentred design experience
An understanding ofthe cash management needs of business customers and how we canserve them digitally
Knowledge and experienceof digital product management techniques, such as LeanStartup
