Location: Edinburgh - with remote working

Initial Training and Onboarding: The first 1 month will be conducted in-person at our office to facilitate effective training and integration into our team.

Hybrid Working: Following the initial training period, employees will be required to work from the office 3 days a week. This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.

Job Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners by onboarding them to our innovative platform. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls and Google meetings, guiding them through the sign-up process, and converting them into verified hosts. This role is critical to supporting the growth strategies of Travelnest, where you ll be the driving force behind helping prospective hosts maximize their rental potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend how our products and services can meet those needs.
  • Manage your own calendar, schedule calls with prospects, and drive productivity to meet daily sales targets.
  • Take full ownership of customer sign-up experiences, ensuring growth in our customer base and setting customers up for long-term success.
  • Provide expert advice and support to maximize the likelihood of a sale.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve tasks across multiple work streams while consistently meeting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in customer sales, particularly in the technology sector, is a plus.
  • A dedicated and comfortable home workspace with reliable, high-quality WiFi.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.

Shift Pattern:Advisors must be available to work Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 - 20:00. Current shifts involve working every second Saturday and one late shift per week.
