Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Director, with a background in internal comms and employee engagement. You'll have lots of experience leading and developing internal comms accounts, with an impressive portfolio to showcase this. As an agency pro, you will know the job from the top to the bottom - leading the account strategy, becoming a right hand for your clients, and adding enormous value from a culture and commercial perspective for the agency and their fantastic roster of big brand clients. This is a central role to drive growth for this mid-size agency and there is a big focus on the commercial development of accounts. It's balancing that with the need to be hands-on, developing ideas and contributing creatively to the content and campaign work that makes this role so rounded.

You will have a strong track record in growing and developing new and existing accounts and can share experience of your approach and strategy around this. You are familiar with, and flourish in, fast-paced strategic, creative environments. You're from an agency background and will have played a role in managing accounts, from briefing to delivery, with great experience of working with big corporate brands, where you've developed the creative brief, worked on it, and have a proven record of exceptional delivery. As a culture fit, you're a natural high performer with a deep love of brands, campaigns, and the overall comms mix. You're a big creative thinker with working experience of the things that matter most to big corporates around their internal comms mix - both in channel delivery and content creation.

This role is specifically focused on leading the development and delivery of strategy, content, and campaign work across the agency's key accounts. Clients are shown daily the sharpest and newest content trends - things they've never seen before. So there's an always-on creative requirement to build campaign and programme strategy that's fresh, exciting, and makes a big impact. To help with that, this role works alongside the planning team to make sure everything is delivered seamlessly and the Creative Studio, to brief design and creative production needs.

This role would suit someone who has an interest in brands, consumer trends, and popular culture. It's essential to have a willingness to consistently develop and stay up to date with trends in Internal Comms, Employee Engagement, and Employee Culture.
