What You'll do (the role) Summary - The Global Head of Business Transformation will be responsible for leading the company's journey toward setting forth minimum global standards with a focus on end-to-end integration (along solar projects lifecycle and throughout the matrix), deploying changing capabilities with a focus on enterprise value.
- The role will develop and manage a team who, in conjunction with the subject matter experts in our Global PMO, will develop processes and minimum global standards (and continuously improve them) via cross-functional and cross-regional inclusive approach.
Core Responsibilities - Identify, design, deploy and oversee adoption of business process with global reach and build cross-functional and cross-regional consensus.
- Build and develop a global business transformation team that, in conjunction with our Global PMO, can act as catalyst for change of metabolic rate of the organisation.
- Act as Product Owner and/or Business Owner in the development and deployment of new tools, working in jointly with the Project Managers part of the Global PMO team.
- Facilitate business requirements collection for Business Analysts by representing the Regional and Functional teams and act as spoke-person for the front-line businesses.
- Establish rules of engagement and harmonization governance with Regional Team and Global/Corporate functions, ensure clear and inclusive decision making and prioritisation.
- Actively contribute to the growth awareness and development of the Leadership Team of our Operations Business Function.
Who we're looking for Knowledge - Proven ability to write technical reports and program documents and deliver presentations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross culturally.
- Pragmatic individual with strong engagement skills, able to work collaboratively with a range of individuals across multiple business sections and regions, but capable of working independently as required.
- Proven leader in implementing change and effective continual improvements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, flexible and driven.
- Ability to formulate business strategies with senior management and demonstrate experience in implementing these strategies.
Experience - Extensive experience in project development and/or construction and/or operations and management of renewable energy or similar facilities.
- Proven track record successfully leading multifunctional improvement initiatives, preferably within a global organization.
- Experience and exhibited success building and leading teams in the PV market.
- Principled and transparent decision making with solid communication skills.
