You will play a key role in managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution selling.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service across all Managed IT Services. You will act as the primary point of contact, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients within the Managed Services sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, handling escalations and delivering solutions promptly.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services such as IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network management.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and clients' needs are anticipated and addressed.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews, including performance metrics, service improvements, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving technologies to offer clients the best possible solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, project management, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Report on account performance and progress to senior management.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within Managed IT Services (MIS) or a related field.
  • An understanding of IT services, including cloud solutions, network management, cybersecurity, and IT support would be helpful but not essential, having the right attitude to learn is key!
  • A client-centric mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for service improvements and revenue growth.
