| Description: | About the Job: Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Coventry. Our Coventry office is a significantly high-performing team and are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to spearhead the development of the Industrial team desk The opportunity would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop/start their recruitment career. We are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, the successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service , retail or sales if no exposure to recruitment. The Job: you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both candidate and client acquisition, building relationships with organisations in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will understand unique hiring requirements and supply exceptionally talented candidates that meet client specifications. Daily responsibilities will include:
