Are you looking to join an internationally recognised business and work with some of the worlds leading brands?

Our client is seeking a talented Production Manager to join a multinational agency, with offices across the UK and Europe. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, both in the workshop and with external suppliers, and collaborating closely with Project Managers to deliver high-end solutions to a diverse range of clients.

  • Organize and manage complex programmes of works and install schedules
  • Project accounting including budget control and reporting
  • Produce quotes, respond to tenders, and negotiate prices
  • Purchase equipment and materials
  • Liaise with the workshop, suppliers, and the project and senior management team
  • Site management and coordination of suppliers, freelancers, subcontractors, event staff, and colleagues
  • Source, select, and order bespoke materials and manage stocks
  • Prepare H&S documentation and manage and mitigate risks
  • Reporting and maintaining statistical data, KPIs, project management tools, and procedures
  • Carry out surveys and present measurements and details using specialist software

The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively lead on-site teams, foresee potential issues, and solve problems while maintaining client expectations. Bespoke production experience, on-site health and safety knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, IT skills, and a proactive attitude are also essential. An understanding of technical plans/drawings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with people at different levels of seniority are necessary. The offered salary is in the range of £40k - £45k, with at least 3 days based in the office, along with 22 days holidays + bank holidays, a company pension, and high street shop discounts.
